MedXMentor Mentorship Program

MedXMentor is a hybrid mentorship program launched on 25th February 2022, targeting future health science professionals who are the future backbone of Africa's health sector. Since launch we have made significant strides in achieving our objectives.

Pilot Cohort Completion

Successfully completed our pilot cohort with 22 mentors and 45 mentees, demonstrating the effectiveness of our mentorship model.

International Partnerships

Established partnerships with medical institutions in over 8 countries in Africa, including Ethiopia, Uganda, Burundi, Rwanda, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Tanzania, and Kenya.

Research-Based Results

Conducted a baseline survey on access to and relevance of mentorship amongst Health professional students in Uganda, extending to Africa.
